Help Shape the Future of Healthcare in Grey Bruce

Brightshores is gathering input through a region-wide engagement effort to understand what matters most to the people we serve. These insights will help shape decisions about how care is delivered, where resources are focused, and how we adapt to meet evolving needs in Grey Bruce.

Being a multi-site hospital system is one of our greatest strengths. This regional focus keeps us close to the people we serve as we work to build a more responsive and connected system of care.

Healthcare is under pressure, from rising demand and changing patient needs to workforce shortages and more. But these challenges also present opportunities to rethink how care is delivered and ensure our hospital system is prepared for the future.

Tell us – What’s working well?
What needs to change or improve?

The more input we gather, the better we can prepare for the future. Help us identify the priorities that will have the greatest impact.
