Patient Survey

Patient experience surveys are sent via email to randomly selected patients who have received emergency or inpatient care at a Brightshores hospital.

Our patient experience survey helps us to better understand our patient’s experiences and identify areas for improvement. We also ask for demographic information in an effort to explore the diverse needs of patients and identify any disparities in care.

Results of these surveys are monitored by programs, corporately, and at the Board of Directors.

High-quality care is anchored in understanding the patient perspective.

Your responses are confidential and voluntary, and they help us enhance the patient experience for everyone, ensuring that care is inclusive and high-quality for all.
