I would like to commend Susan in the Imaging department. She went over and beyond the call of duty to help me. I was concerned that my results get to my doctor in Waterloo before he went on holiday. The hospital went offline. Susan phoned me to tell me that she could not get my results faxed to my doctor as she didn’t know when the hospital would be online again. We kept phoning the hospital and was told that it might be online by the next day. We had to return to Waterloo hoping that the results would get there. Susan phoned while we were in the car to say that she had faxed the results. Shortly after, I got a call from the doctor’s office saying they had received them, and showing amazement that a kind technician had already let me know.
By going out of her way to help me Susan allayed much of my anxiety and the information got to my doctor in time.
The Imagining department should be commended for having such caring and efficient people such as Susan. Please convey my thanks to her.
