On December 29th I accompanied my brother to emergency. It was a very busy day so I had ample opportunity to observe many interactions.
I wanted to pass on my complements to the staff working that day. There were diverse and complex needs that came through the door. I saw every staff member patiently speak with clients with such respect.
The service my brother received was exemplary and quite efficient, despite the high demand that day.
I feel very fortunate to be 5 minutes away from such a remarkable facility with caring and professional staff members.
Such a culture could not exist without strong leadership and an understanding of the value of team work.
