Dynacare is opening a lab collection site in Port Elgin to support the Saugeen Shores community, effective May 13, 2024. This is a welcome additional service and has no impact on the outpatient lab collection services in the Brightshores’ Southampton site. Patients may choose to go to either location for lab services.
If patients no longer need a Brightshores appointment, they are asked to cancel using our Lab Appointment Cancelation Process: using the cancelation link in their confirmation email or text from Brightshores. If a patient did not receive a confirmation email or text, they will need to call 519-376-2121 ext. 2592.
Dynacare will be issuing a media release in the coming days to provide more information about this expansion.
