Brightshores Health System is in the process of changing its signage to reflect our new name. All Brightshores sites are receiving new exterior signage. The installation crew started their work in Meaford on Thursday, November 23. Following that, the team moved to the Southampton Hospital; followed by Lion’s Head and Wiarton. Exterior signage for the Owen Sound site and the new Wellness and Recovery Centre: Addictions – Mental Health are now installed as well.
Signs were specifically designed for insert replacement to be cost-efficient. All signage was included in our capital project for rebranding. No donor dollars have been used for signage.
Our local hospitals amalgamated back in 1998. This was a positive step forward for the communities of Grey and Bruce counties and has resulted in bringing better healthcare services close to home for our residents.
Uniting our entire health system of hospitals, services, and programming across our wide geography requires strengthening through a common visual identity. It is a positive reflection of the growth and development we have been fortunate to experience.
